Following a public hearing on April 30, 2018, the Conway BOARD OF HEALTH voted to enact a regulation entitled “Regulation to Ensure the Sanitary and Safe Operation of Marijuana Establishments and the Sale of Marijuana”. The regulation includes, but is not limited to, the rules for obtaining a Marijuana Operating Permit from the Board of Health and for the manufacture of edible marijuana and food products containing marijuana. The regulation goes into effect immediately. Copies of the Regulation are available at the Conway Town Offices, 32 Main Street, at the Board of Health offices, 5 Academy Hill Rd., on the BOH page of the town website, by calling 413-369-4235 or by email to email@example.com.
