Planning Board To Propose Senior Housing Bylaw

The Planning Board, as Conway’s Special Permit Granting Authority, is set to consider a change to the Protective Bylaws of the Town of Conway.  The new rules provide a mechanism to review proposals for Age Restricted Housing Communities. Also being considered is a change in the Zoning Board of Appeals definition of clearances in conjunction with the Special Permitting process. Watch for news of public hearings where the Planning Board will present its proposals to Town residents..
