Hi Tom,
We had a FOH board meeting tonight, and the topic of the Town Hall Gym came up as a speaking point. The members of the board unanimously agreed that we would NOT like to see the gym turned into storage and offices. We feel that it is the only central activity room that we have in Conway. It is the stopping point for the rag-shag parade. It is used for the annual art walk. It is a community space to have dances (should we have another one). I see that there are birthday parties booked there as well.
We don’t have a solution formulated, be we just wanted to weigh in with our feelings.
Sincerely,
Michelle Harris

Dear Selectmen’s Office,
Please add ADVANCE Printing and Promotional Products to your upcoming bid list for town reports, warrants and any other print projects that may occur.
Through our network of Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified printers,ADVANCE can ensure that the paper you use for your projects comes from trees in a documented, reputable forest that follows strict guidelines for maintaining the ecosystem. Another eco-friendly option is the use of vegetable-based inks and water-based aqueous coatings, which come from renewable resources and emit less volatile organic compounds (VOCs). By considering how products are manufactured and disposed of, you can take steps towards lessening your environmental footprint.
By working together we can make giant strides towards a greener world.
Regards,
Scot Murphy
