Board of Health Regulation Concerning Sanitary, Safe Marijuana Sales Enacted

Following a public hearing on April 30, 2018, the Conway BOARD OF HEALTH voted to enact a regulation entitled “Regulation to Ensure the Sanitary and Safe Operation of Marijuana Establishments and the Sale of Marijuana”.   The regulation includes, but is not limited to, the rules for obtaining a Marijuana Operating Permit from the Board of Health and for the manufacture of edible marijuana and food products containing marijuana.
