On December 20, 2019, a Special Permit application was received from Vertex Tower Assets, LLC for for a new Wireless Communication Facility installation at 1384 S. Deerfield Road (Rt. 116), Parcel 411-121. The proposed installation will consist of a 150’ tall “monopine” style tower and associated telecommunications equipment.

The Conway Planning Board & Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a joint public hearing pursuant to Conway Zoning Bylaws Section 63: Special Permit Guidelines & Article 8: Wireless Communication Facilities. The purpose of this hearing is to allow for public review and comments on the Special Permit application and Request for Variance filed by Vertex Tower Assets, LLC.
VISUAL DEMONSTRATION (BALLOON TEST)
Vertex Tower Assets, LLC will conduct a Visual Demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed Facility by means of a balloon raised at and to the height of the proposed Facility.
